B.Sc (Bachelor of Science)
A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) is a bachelor's degree in the subjects of science and technology. In our institute, a B.Sc. degree is usually more focused on that Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology, and Botany. It is targeted toward students intending to pursue graduate in science discipline for making their future in the field of teaching, research, and technical skill oriented field. During the establishment of the Institute, B.Sc.
course was available in two Groups:-
A) Zoology, Botany, Chemistry.
B) Physics, Chemistry Mathematics.
As per the adoption of NEP-2020 by Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University, Subjects of the B.Sc. course are divided into three disciplines/groups since 2022, in which available subjects in our institute are listed below-
A) Physics, Mathematics
B) Botany, Zoology
C) Chemistry
Being to Science Faculty, Students can select two major compulsory Subjects among above listed subjects as per qualified subjects in 12th Standard.
One Major elective subject and one minor elective subject can be selected by students in a way that one belongs to their faculty and another belongs to another faculty as per available resources in our institute.

Note:- Eligibility for admission to first year of graduation - 10+2 (passed) with relevant subjects.
Following the same process in the context of the subjects of the Faculty of Science, the university has divided the subjects of the Faculty of Science into three groups, and two core main / major subjects in the Faculty of Science are selected from Group A, Group B and Group C. Could 02 After selecting the main subject, the main elective will be selected from other faculty or other group. Student can select maximum two subjects from any one group as main subject. Three main/major subjects will not be selected from any one group. However, one main subject can be selected from each group.
